The Hare - Painted Skateboard and Symbolism

This artwork shows a creature with the head of a hare, and the body of what appears to be human, but remains ultimately ambiguous in it's form. Beneath the feet is a nettle leaf and and an elm leaf, and above it's head is moon.

At the centre is a red spiral that the Hare is either clutching, or that is shining from the Hare's body, and around its neck is a mane of fur and feathers.
